Baby Bryce is here!!
Yea!!!! Baby Bryce is here! He decided to come a little early...we had a c-section scheduled for Mon Aug 11 since he was breech, but he had plans of his own and my water broke on Thurs afternoon (8/7/08) and Bryce was born at 8:55 pm by c-section. He weighed in at 7 lb 4 oz and was 19 in long. His full name is Bryce William Thomas Moore. Here are some pics from the delivery, hospital and the first 2 days home. Things have been very busy here since the little guy's arrival so the blogs may be sparse...but I'll try to update as much as possible. Bryce's little head was pushed up against my ribs, so it's really flat on top (looks like a bicycle helmet or a golf driver)...there's a profile pic below. We had planned to go to the circus on Sunday afternoon as a last outing as a family of 3, but since plans changed, Macy went anyway with Daddy, MiMi, Poppy, and Nana while Mommy rested at the hospital with Bryce, Grandad and Aunt Kristy. You can see in the 2 pics at the bottom from the circus that Macy was very happy and definitely spoiled at the circus...she came home with 2 bags full of souvenirs :) The funny pic of Macy at the bottom was one morning when Bryan was getting her ready for school (which he rarely does)...so she had some plans of her own of what she wanted to wear (don't worry, she didn't actually make it out the door like that). The very last picture was taken when Mike and Mary Beth were in town several weeks ago...Macy had a blast in the pool with Daddy and Mike.
**And if you are reading the blog, you probably already know about Aunt Paige, so I won't hash out all the details, but she is out of the ICU now and doing a lot better. She has been making slow and steady progress and the Drs are pleased. She still has a long road to recovery, so everyone keep up the prayers!!**
