Tasty Feet!

Macy has recently discovered her feet and is quite flexible...we catch her sucking her feet quite often!! Macy and mommy made our first solo car trip home to Burleson last weekend to visit Nana, Grandad and Aunt Kristy. We got to see Kristy's new house! Other major news...I've finally gotten over my fear of letting someone other than family watch Macy...the part-time nanny, Veronica started this week and I've started leaving her at the Child Care Center at the gym so I can really get working on losing the baby weight. Macy has also started sleeping upstairs in her big girl bed and has been letting us get more sleep too! She smiles, laughs and squeals with delight all the time now and is very interested in Emma! She squeals and reaches for Emma anytime she's around, Emma isn't so excited about this newfound fascination!

5 Months

Here are some fun pictures of Macy. First, with Mommy, MiMi and Aunt Paige on July 4th. Macy got to see her first fireworks show from our backyard...she was fixated on them and babbling up a storm! Macy has recently started to roll and can sit supported in her new baby chair! We're about to go to the Dr. today for a check-up, wish us luck...hopefully not too many shots!!

4 and 1/2 Months

Here are some recent pictures of Macy. She tried out her big girl highchair this past week and seemed to enjoy joining us at the table for dinner! Here she is with Mimi on July 4th weekend before we went out to visit the Moore side of the family. On the bottom left, Macy is sporting her Chuck's Cheeseburger t-shirt...Chuck says he'll put her picture on the wall...she'll be famous soon :) The bottom right picture is from when we went out to lunch with my friends and their little ones a couple weeks ago!
