WEEK 1

Hey everyone, this is Michelle...I've finally got a few minutes to post between feedings. Things are going well, just a lack of sleep...but it's worth it!! Here are a few cute pics of Macy meeting her big sis Emma and of daddy and her bonding. Also of her first sponge bath...making funny faces like daddy already!

Homecoming

Well, I finally have some time where I am coherent enough to catch everyone up on the last several days. Macy went home on Thursday from the hospital. Here we are on the car ride and introducing her to her new home outside the womb.

MACY IS HERE!!!!!!!

Macy was born at 8:13pm tonight. She weighs 7.5lbs and is 18.5 inches long. She is very healthy and has a cool looking cone head. Michelle did awesome! She had no pain and only had to push for 40minutes. Everyone is doing well. I will update more tomorrow when my laptop battery is charged (Im on borrowed time!)

Game On!

Michelle went into labor today at 12:30pm. We had planned on checking into the hospital this evening for induction tomorrow, but it looks like Macy is on her own schedule (only a glimpse of things to come). Michelle is doing an incredible job with this pregnancy and has been a real trooper. She is doing fine and we are beginning the wait for Macy to make her appearance.

I will be updating this as we progress through the delivery with many pictures to follow.

Welcome To Our Family!

Michelle and I will be using this venue to keep our closest friends and family updated on the activities and events in the Moore household. This is our 1st blog so bare with us if it looks bad, has mispelled words or incorrect grammar.

Michelle is currently 38.5 weeks into her pregnancy with baby Macy. We are ready and waiting. The OB said she is currently 1cm dilated. It appears she is still on schedule to make her due date (Feb 23rd).

Our dog Emma, however, is not so happy. She can definitely sense something is going on. She often mopes around and whines. Taking her for runs seems to help. We visit the OB again tomorrow and will keep you updated. I have created this blog in hopes of turning it over to Michelle. She will keep everyone updated and I will post as well. So, Let's get ready to rumble!!!!!
