Macy in 2007!

Macy entered into the new year without too much of a bang...we had a pretty uneventful New Year's Eve...Mom and Dad went to dinner and a movie and all of us ended up in bed by 10:30...didn't even see the ball drop this year! This first picture is from Macy's first day of school! She started her little preschool on January 2nd...she really seems to enjoy playing with the other kids. She is pictured with her backpack...we think its' so funny that the school makes every student bring a backpack, even the little ones that are much smaller than the bag...she could probably fit inside it! :) She has also been sick this week with an ear infection and missed a day of school...she's feeling much better now, but the picture below was taken at her worst...poor thing seems to be saying "No cameras, please!" There are a few pics below of her walking behind one of her walker toys... one of her favorite things to do...those were taken before Christmas, her skills have already improved and she's a lot steadier now. I love the face she's making in the dishwasher photo...it goes with the caption on her t-shirt "I'm in charge here, the parents are just for show". Hope everyone had a great holiday!!
