Tee-Tee party...more bluebonnets
After seeing "Marley & Me" this past weekend...I'm feeling pretty bad about not having many pics of Emma on here...so here you go...the kids with their beloved brown dog! We tried some more bluebonnet pictures a couple weeks ago, but as you can see, Bryce didn't want anything to do with the bluebonnets and cried anytime I sat him down...Macy tried to comfort him. It's been great having Mimi and Pai Pai living with us...the kids have so many people to keep them entertained. Bryce's "Holy Grail" of all toys is Paige's cane...he so badly wants to chew on the rubber tips...yuk!!! We always have to be on cane patrol and Paige better look out when she walks down the hallway, because now that Bryce can crawl good, he's in hot pursuit! Macy FINALLY made the breakthrough we've been waiting on a few weeks ago and she now consistently tee-tees in the potty and wears big girl panties ALL DAY! We just need to work on night time and poo-poo. We took her to Chuck E Cheese for a "Tee-tee party" the day it happened...she loved it of course...especially the Barney ride. Macy is still obsessed with her babies and plays with them all day long...they always have to be perfectly lined up...she even includes me and Bryce sometimes :) Bryce has been crawling like a champ, pulling up on everything, has been saying "gaga" and "dada" for about a week and just yesterday started saying "mama"...just in time for Mother's Day!! There is a funny pic of Macy sleeping on the floor in the living room with milk trailing down her face...that was the other night around 6pm when she skipped a nap that day...gotta have those naps :) Macy recently went to her friend Cooper's birthday party at The Nature and Science Museum and had a great time exploring. She is riding horseys at the party with Waylon below. We finally had to put the gates back up on the stairs because Bryce has been getting really adventurous and trying to crawl up...he's ok with it...it gives him a new place to pull up. At the very end is a pic from a couple weekends ago I had a girl's weekend getaway with some old friends from high school...this pic is actually the ones of us who were in Girl Scouts together...we had a fun weekend! Bryan has been busy working as usual...we are super excited about a vacation to Puerta Vallarta at the end of this month (without kids)...a much needed break for both of us!
